What's your day like?As the Director of Housekeeping at Sun Hospitality Resort Services, you will oversee daily operations to ensure our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are consistently met. You will lead and inspire a diverse team, conducting regular training sessions to enhance their skills and maintain a motivated, high-performance environment. Daily tasks include inspecting guest rooms and public areas, developing cleaning schedules, and coordinating with other departments to guarantee seamless service.
You will also manage inventory for cleaning supplies and equipment, implement safety protocols, and address any guest concerns promptly and effectively. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics and providing regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
