ResponsibilitiesThe Supervisor, HIT oversees and coordinates the activities of personnel in Norton Healthcare’s medical records department(s), while ensuring adherence to and consistent application of departmental policies and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, monitoring daily operations, developing and tracking individual performance, ensuring excellent front-line customer service, coaching and mentoring staff, as well as addressing staff behavior, work performance, attendance and tardiness, as appropriate.**This role offers a hybrid work option. Initial training will take place at a Norton Healthcare facility, and you must be available to come onsite for business needs as required.
