Representative Role OverviewA leading middle-market or boutique firm may seek an Analyst – Corporate Finance to support financial planning, corporate transactions, and strategic advisory . These roles are designed for early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to financial analysis, deal execution, and corporate decision-making .
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain financial models including 3-statement projections, DCF, LBO, and scenario analyses
Conduct industry, market, and company research to support strategic recommendations
Support M&A, capital raising, and restructuring transactions from analysis through execution
Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and management presentations
Assist with due diligence, data room management, and reporting
Collaborate with senior team members on client engagements and internal financial projects
Contribute to corporate finance advisory, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics , or a related field
Strong foundational skills in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or early-career experience in banking, consulting, private equity, audit, or FP&A is advantageous
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint ; familiarity with financial research platforms is a plus
